Herbal Facial Steam

Instructions: Bring 4 cups of water to a boil. In a big bowl, pour hot water over a handful of herbs (~1/4 cup) and let steep. When the steam temperature has cooled enough to comfortably lean your face over it (close your eyes!), drape a towel over your head to create a tent over the bowl. Breathe deeply. Relax.
About 4-5 facial steams per jar.
